You buy the Force platform through a single contract dimension. Each unit includes 5 Care Teams and 10 Custom Protocols. This is a bundled package rather than a tiered menu, so you commit to one platform license covering these included allotments. Pricing scales by how many units you purchase, with each added unit bringing another set of Care Teams and Custom Protocols. The platform supports digital care management, remote monitoring, patient-reported outcome collection, and analytics reporting for your care teams within that included capacity.

What capabilities are included within the platform unit's Care Teams and Custom Protocols?
Within your included capacity, the platform covers digital care management, remote monitoring with conditional alerts, patient-reported outcome collection, and analytics reporting. These functions run across the Care Teams and Custom Protocols you purchase, without separate metering per feature.
