DAIS addresses these goals with three key components: Conceptualization, Infrastructure Implementation, and Development and Deployment. By standardizing processes and scaling AI capabilities such as BPI, RPA, IOCR, NLP, Chatbots, IT Operations Automation, AI/ML, and GenAI, DAIS optimizes workforce delivery for critical public services. It enables quick wins by rapidly identifying and implementing feasible, high-impact use cases.     Overview

    Deloitte’s AI Automation Solution (DAIS) offers a streamlined approach to enhancing organizational processes through AI automation. Our solution is designed to scale capabilities and optimize workforce delivery. DAIS consists of three key components: Conceptualization, Infrastructure Implementation, and Development and Deployment. Each component is tailored to deliver quick wins and integrated solutions, helping ensure a clear path from evaluation to deployment.

    Component I – Conceptualization This phase involves a structured evaluation of suitability and complexity (S&CE) for identified use cases. We assess the feasibility and complexity of governmental processes to pinpoint quick wins and integrated solutions. Our evaluations include:

    • Suitability and Complexity Assessments: Determine the feasibility and complexity of use cases.
    • Technical Evaluations: Assess current technological infrastructure and identify approved AI automation tools and software.
    • Initial Business Case and ROI Analysis: Support organizations in prioritizing use cases with clear benefits and challenges.

    Component II – Infrastructure Implementation Using insights from Conceptualization, we configure and implement the necessary environment for AI automation. This phase focuses on:

    • Cloud and Cyber Pathways: Establish pathways for integrating new technologies.
    • Configuration of Existing Infrastructure: Enable quick wins by utilizing existing cloud infrastructure.
    • Integration of Additional Technologies: Introduce and integrate new tools and software based on prioritized use cases.

    Component III – Development and Deployment The final phase leverages evaluations and infrastructure insights to design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions. This includes:

    • Design and Development: Create solutions based on S&CE and technical evaluations.
    • Deployment: Implement use cases for quick wins and integrated solutions.
    • Ongoing Refinement: Continuously refine operations and procedures for additional AI automation capabilities.

    Scalable Offerings DAIS is available in three scalable versions to meet varying client needs:

    • Small: Focused on immediate quick wins with minimal infrastructure changes.
    • Medium: Balanced approach with moderate infrastructure enhancements and integrated solutions.
    • Large: Comprehensive solution involving significant infrastructure upgrades and full-spectrum development.
