    The Doosan EDS (Equipment Diagnostics Solution) PoC program is a professional service designed to help businesses transition from losses caused by unpredictable downtime to a data-driven, predictive maintenance system built on AWS. This service provides a comprehensive predictive maintenance verification solution, featuring easy data collection via our proprietary EDS Sensor, real-time anomaly detection, and intuitive root cause analysis using a Generative AI chatbot. This solution ensures that companies can maximize equipment availability, reduce total maintenance costs, and innovate production efficiency with minimal investment.

    Phase 1: Installation & Data Verification In the initial phase, Doosan's experts work closely with the client to select the most critical equipment. Our proprietary EDS Sensor is easily attached and leverages AWS IoT Core and IoT Greengrass to securely stream real-time vibration and temperature data to your AWS environment. This data is then efficiently processed by AWS Lambda functions, stored in Amazon S3, and structured in Amazon RDS for analysis, allowing our solution to proactively detect potential signs of failure or abnormal patterns. The goal of this phase is to prove the effectiveness of predictive maintenance with data in the client's actual operating environment and to lay the groundwork for a seamless transition to a predictive maintenance environment that supports higher operational efficiency.
