This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges are applied for the deployment of the application and AMI support and compliance. This AMI delivers a fully baked, one click Solana development sandbox in the cloud with no local installs, no complex setup, and no dependency conflicts. At its core, it runs a self contained Solana test validator on localhost:8899 with an automatic faucet, so you get a private, restartable blockchain environment the moment your instance boots. Within seconds, you have a working smart contract on your private localnet, complete with test harness and TypeScript examples with no external network calls, no mainnet tokens required.
With this Solana Dev Sandbox AMI, you empower your team to prototype faster, onboard new developers instantly, and maintain a bullet proof, reproducible blockchain development environment with all fully hosted and managed in AWS.
