What do you like best about the product?
We have been looking for a way to consistantly train our customers for a long time, this is the perfect solution as it doesnt involve someone taking an hour out train and instead gives small videos regularly. We also love the test phishing emails as it really keeps the users vigilant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much we dislike about the product as we are finding it a very useful training tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The weakest point in most organisations is user error and this consistant training is a great way to combat this in a positive way whilst also testing the users on what they are learning.
