Key activities:

1. Discovery (why): Business case discovery with business stakeholders, or CTO priority mapping with technical stakeholders, depending on entry point.
2. Pattern Mapping (what): Identify the relevant data and AI patterns, from a library of six data patterns and six AI patterns such as Data Governance and Cataloging, Real-Time Streaming, Business Process Optimization, and Employee Productivity, and the gaps against current state.
3. Architecture and Roadmap (how): Solution architecture design, phased roadmap, and build-versus-buy recommendation.
4. ROI and Business Case (worth): Cost-benefit analysis, total cost of ownership, and an executive-ready readout.
