Affinda turns documents into decision-ready data through a conversation, not a configuration project.
Tell the Affinda Agent what you need: which documents to process, what data to extract, what rules to validate against, where the output should go. It builds the workflow. No code to write. No consultants to hire.
Built for teams that deal with messy, high-stakes documents every day: the ones LLMs get wrong, the ones traditional IDP needs months to train on, the ones that still end up on someone's desk because nothing else works.
What Affinda does differently:
Most document AI sits at one of two extremes. Traditional ML platforms need lengthy training cycles, schema lock-in, and ongoing model maintenance. General-purpose LLMs are flexible but unreliable: prompts drift, accuracy varies, and there's no real workflow around the output.
Affinda is built for production. The Agent configures end-to-end workflows - splitting, classification, extraction, validation, routing - and the underlying platform delivers the consistency and accuracy needed to actually automate the work, not just assist it.
Some of Affinda Platform's key features include:
Splitting and classification: Multi-page bundles (loan files, claims and settlement packs, KYC and supplier onboarding kits) come apart automatically and route to the right place.
Data extraction: Fields, tables, nested groups and contextual insights, from variable, unstructured documents in 50+ languages.
Validation rules in plain language: Describe your business logic in natural language. The platform applies the rules and flags anything that fails.
Source-grounded outputs: Every value links back to its location on the page so decisions are defensible and audits don't need a translator.
Built-in human review: Reviewers correct and confirm exceptions in an intuitive interface that requires minimal training.
Real-time learning: Affinda learns from every document and every correction. No retraining cycles, no batch updates.
Integration to downstream systems: Describe your export requirements to the Agent and it generates the connection to your ERP, CRM, or other systems of record.
Enterprise-ready: ISO 27001:2022 certified, SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, with flexible deployment options.

Highlights
Configure document workflows in a conversation: Tell the Affinda Agent what to extract, validate, and route and it builds the workflow. No code, no consultants, no months-long implementation.
Production accuracy on the documents that break other tools: Purpose-built architecture handles inconsistent layouts, mixed document types, and edge cases that LLMs miss and traditional ML can't adapt to without retraining.
Validate with your own business logic: Define rules in plain English. Affinda checks extracted data against your reference sources and flags anything that doesn't match so what reaches your downstream systems is already decision-ready.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay based on the number of pages you process each month. This single usage dimension covers the volume band from 0 to 2,500 pages per month. Billing is metered by page, so your cost tracks the documents you actually process. Standard usage includes the core work of configuring, processing, validating, and integrating document workflows. Custom infrastructure, added compliance, premium support, and professional services fall outside this usage rate and are scoped separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one page for billing purposes?
A page is the standard billing unit for credits. Each page you process within a document counts toward your monthly volume. So a five-page document uses five pages. Billing on a per-document or other custom metric can be negotiated where appropriate, but pages are the default measure.
What happens if my page volume exceeds 2,500 pages in a month?
This dimension covers the 0 to 2,500 page band per month. Processing beyond that band falls outside this rate. Contact the vendor to discuss volume above 2,500 pages, since higher volumes move onto different unit economics under their monthly and annual commercial models.
What capabilities are not covered by this page-based usage rate?
Standard usage covers processing, configuration, validation, and integration work. It does not cover custom infrastructure like dedicated environments or private cloud, added compliance such as HIPAA support, priority or premium support, custom uptime guarantees, or professional services. These are scoped and contracted separately from this usage rate.
