Vendor refund policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been used or significantly consumed. Digital credits and API usage are non-refundable once consumed. To request a refund, contact us at support@bleenk.app with your order ID and reason for the request. Each request is reviewed individually, and approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
