    Support times REGDATA Level 3 support can be activated during : Opening working days (From 8 AM to 6 PM / Geneva time) or 24/ 7 option

    3rd Level incident and problem management tasks description: Assess and diagnose customer incidents on the RPS servers. Track all the incidents submitted by customer Investigate on the root cause : Analyze the RPS Logs (RPS Engine logs, Audit Logs, Proxy Logs) and search for errors. When possible, reproduce incidents in a test environment ( if the customer has one) Debug incidents Develop/Apply a Bug correction ( or a configuration change ) if any Test and deploy bug fixes when relevant On demand reports and statistics on incidents having occurred on the platform. Analyze and correct performance issues Reporting on platform usage and performances if required.
