AWS Backup Management Solution

Our Backup Services package provides comprehensive data protection for your AWS infrastructure, built on the AWS Backup service to deliver a unified backup management experience. Our solution offers centralized backup management with enforced Organization-level backup policies, cross-account and cross-region backup capabilities (including specialised RDS support), and a dedicated isolated backup account for enhanced security. With AWS Backup's cross-account monitoring, you gain a single pane of glass to oversee backup health across your entire estate, while encryption ensures your data is protected both in transit and at rest.

We deliver more than just technology implementation. Our offering includes a comprehensive design workshop where we guide you through data classification exercises to establish your Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO). You'll receive up to 5 Organization backup policies as part of our fixed-price package, real-time alerting through Slack or Microsoft Teams integration, and vault locks, plus control policies to prevent accidental deletion of recovery points.

This product is built on and requires AWS Backup, and may use related AWS services including AWS Organizations, AWS KMS, Amazon RDS, AWS Lambda, and AWS CloudFormation depending on your chosen architecture. Your engagement includes complete documentation with architectural diagrams, a live product demonstration during handover, and three months of standard product support to ensure your team can confidently manage backups going forward.
