What do you like best about the product?

As a Senior Project Engineer, I regularly collect information from multiple stakeholders during project execution, including engineering teams, suppliers, quality personnel, and project coordinators. What I like most about Formaloo is that it allows me to create structured forms and approval workflows without needing technical development resources.

One workflow where I use it frequently is collecting project review feedback and engineering change request information. Instead of relying on emails and spreadsheets, I can create forms with conditional logic, required fields, and approval steps that ensure information is captured consistently. This has improved the quality of data collected and reduced the need for follow-up clarification.

The drag-and-drop form builder is easy to use, and onboarding was straightforward. I was able to create working forms quickly without requiring formal training. I also find the dashboards useful because they provide visibility into submissions, approval status, and response trends without requiring manual reporting.

Another feature I use regularly is e-signatures for document approvals and acknowledgments. This has simplified approval workflows for project-related forms and reduced delays associated with manual document circulation.

Performance has been reliable, and the ability to centralize forms, responses, and workflow tracking in one platform has improved overall process visibility. Considering the amount of administrative work it eliminates, the platform provides good value for the effort and cost involved.

What do you dislike about the product?

As workflows become more complex, especially when multiple approval stages, conditional rules, and response paths are involved, setup can require additional planning and testing. The flexibility is useful, but more visual workflow design tools could make complex processes easier to manage.

I would also like to see more advanced reporting and analytics options. The available dashboards provide good operational visibility, but deeper trend analysis and custom reporting capabilities would be valuable for long-term project improvement initiatives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Formaloo, information collection often relied on emails, spreadsheets, paper forms, and manually maintained approval records. This created inconsistencies in data collection and made it difficult to track submission status and approvals across projects.

Formaloo helped standardize these processes by providing a centralized platform for collecting project information, managing approvals, and tracking responses. For example, I use forms to gather project feedback, lessons learned, inspection observations, training acknowledgments, and engineering change requests. Responses are automatically organized and accessible in one place.

The platform has significantly reduced manual administration associated with collecting and consolidating information from multiple stakeholders. Approval workflows are easier to monitor, and project teams have better visibility into submission status and outstanding actions.

One of the biggest benefits has been improved consistency. Required fields, validation rules, and structured workflows help ensure that critical project information is captured correctly the first time, reducing follow-up communication and administrative effort.

Role-based permissions keep sensitive production data secure and help us stay compliant with GDPR. I also value real-time sharing; field technicians submit entries on the go, and our team gets immediate updates. Automatic data sorting cuts down tons of manual work, and it connects smoothly with our SCADA systems to keep all operational data linked securely.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tool falls short on advanced workflow automation for our multi-step manufacturing audits. Offline mode frequently loses sync at remote factory locations with poor network coverage. The built-in reports are also too basic, lacking flexible customization for our Industry 4.0 equipment performance analysis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve fully phased out paper forms and scattered spreadsheets thanks to Formaloo. It standardizes all on-site data collection across our facilities and enforces strict data protection rules. It drastically reduces repetitive admin work, speeds up information sharing between teams, and makes our daily field and audit workflows far more efficient.

Formaloo offers a lot of functionality, but some of the more advanced features can take time to learn and configure. The interface can occasionally feel overwhelming when managing complex workflows, and there are times when customization options require a bit more trial and error than expected. However, these are relatively minor drawbacks compared to the overall value the platform provides.

End-to-end encryption, tiered user permissions and comprehensive activity logs let us safely manage highly confidential client data at all times. The no-code drag-and-drop editor lets our team build tailored assessment forms rapidly without relying on IT developers. Core compliance configurations are simple to implement, helping us consistently adhere to GDPR and NIS 2 regulations while adapting forms to our unique audit and assessment workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform’s advanced reporting functions are too basic for in-depth security audit analysis. There are no native connections to our endpoint monitoring and threat intelligence solutions, so we must manually migrate collected data between systems. Workflow automation options are rigid for complex security processes, and permission controls could be more detailed to lock down access to our most sensitive incident and vulnerability records.

It has fully replaced insecure paper records and unregulated email submissions that created compliance and data risk. Formaloo unifies all security assessment, incident reporting and audit tasks on one secure platform. Centralised submission tracking and enforced data protection rules close compliance loopholes, streamline daily workflows and keep every process aligned with UK and European cybersecurity regulations.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me to manage forms, surveys, and response collection in more organized and professional way during daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a Homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition assessment forms, wellness evaluation, patient feedback, webinar registrations, and lifestyle related surveys. Formaloo was easy to setup and I was able to start using it without much technical difficulty. I use it frequently during week for health awareness surveys, consultation questionnaires, and educational response collection. Features like customizable forms, multiple question types, survey flow, response tracking, charts, analytics, templates, and sharing options are very useful because different wellness projects and educational sessions need different types of forms. I also like that forms can be created in more clean and professional way instead of looking too basic or confusing.

Another useful thing is that responses, charts, and survey data stay properly organized from one place, so checking patient feedback, wellness responses, and educational survey information becomes easier during busy work hours. Logic settings, response management, and form customization are also helpful while creating different consultation and awareness related forms according to different needs. Sharing forms through links for online sessions and social media awareness work also feels smooth during regular use. Performance has been good during my regular work and forms usually load properly on both desktop and mobile. Ease of integration and sharing also feels simple for daily workflow. Overall, Formaloo helps me manage health evaluation forms, educational surveys, feedback collection, and wellness related workflow in more organized, interactive, and time saving way during regular work.

What do you dislike about the product?

when forms become more detailed with many logic settings, questions, and response sections together, it can take a little extra time to properly organize everything in the beginning. I also noticed that while handling larger forms or checking many responses together, some pages can occasionally feel slightly slower to refresh. It is not a major issue for my regular work, but during busy health survey and feedback management tasks I notice it sometimes. Apart from this, the platform works smoothly for my regular wellness forms and educational survey related workflow.
