Oracle21c XE Resource Limits
Oracle Database 21c XE is a free-to-use edition with the following built-in resource constraints:
- Maximum2 CPU threads
- Maximum 2 GB RAM allocated to the database instance
- Maximum 12 GB of user data storage

Getting Started
- Subscribe to this AMI from AWS Marketplace.
- Launch an EC2 instance (minimum recommended: t3.medium or larger with at least 4 GB RAM for OS overhead plus database usage).
- Configure your security group to allow inbound TCP on port 1521 (Oracle listener) and port 22 (SSH).
- Connect via SSH using your key pair.
- Access the database using SQL*Plus or Oracle SQL Developer with the credentials provided in the Usage Information section.
