Overview
TranslateX is Lisan's Arabic-first AI document translation platform. It translates PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, images, screenshots, and on-screen content across 22 languages. Complete documents return in the source format with fonts, styles, tables, spacing, headers, footers, footnotes, and slide structure preserved; when writing direction changes, TranslateX mirrors RTL/LTR page and PowerPoint layouts. Users can work in the web workspace, Windows desktop app, Word and PowerPoint add-ins, or press F6 to translate a screen region.
Teams control terminology with shared glossaries and translation memory. Exact approved segments are reused and locked, while near matches appear with similarity scores. A side-by-side review editor lets people accept, edit, and lock segments; QA checks flag numbers, punctuation, and untranslated text. Workspace reports cover projects, segments, translated words, active users, language-pair mix, and activity, with CSV or text exports.
This AWS Marketplace offer provides TranslateX Team as managed SaaS. One contract unit includes up to 10 users and 2,000 pooled document pages per month, Lisan L3, shared glossaries and translation memory, reports, centralized member management, priority processing, and priority support. A page is up to 300 words (about 1,800 characters) of translated content; editing, review, revisions, downloads, and re-exports do not consume pages, and the allowance resets each billing period. Sovereign cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, style-governance, directory-integration, audit, white-label, and API options are available through scoped private offers. TranslateX is not a certified or sworn translation service; review output that carries legal, regulatory, safety, contractual, or formal significance and use a qualified human translator where required.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

TranslateX pricing has one base option and two add-ons. You start with one seat that includes 100,000 credits, which cover document translation. When your team grows, you buy extra seats one at a time. When you use up your credits, you buy more in blocks of 1,000. Seats and credits scale independently, so you add capacity where you need it. This is a contract purchase, letting you match spend to your translation volume and number of users.

Translation stops drawing from an empty balance. You add capacity by purchasing more credits in blocks of 1,000. This does not happen automatically, so you buy additional credits when you need them. Credits and seats are separate purchases, so refilling credits does not require adding seats.
You buy one base seat that includes 100,000 credits. Extra seats add users to your organization but come one at a time. Credit blocks add translation capacity independently.
