This listing offers one pricing dimension, billed as a contract. You buy in units, where each unit covers one single-core relational database source and one target. The client-managed software bundles data replication, transformation, and enterprise management for moving data into a data warehouse. Pricing scales by adding more units as you connect additional source-and-target pairs. To cover more or larger databases, you increase the unit quantity under your contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit covers a single-core relational database source paired with one target. If your source database uses more cores, or you connect more source-and-target pairs, you add more units. Each source-target pairing you meter maps to one unit in your contract.
Cost scales by unit quantity. Each added source-and-target pair needs another unit. A source database with more cores requires additional units to cover it. You raise the unit count under your contract to meter more or larger databases. There is no automatic tier jump.
This is a client-managed deployment. You install it on-premises or as a virtual machine image in a location you choose. It moves data across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments using log-based change data capture, so your source systems keep running without disruption.
