• Portfolio-wide Scan (8-12 weeks): For private equity firms, Kickdrum gathers key information and identifies potential savings opportunities across the entire portfolio. These findings prioritize the list of companies and approaches for deeper cloud cost diagnostics. Standalone organizations will skip this step.
• Cloud Cost Diagnostic (3 weeks per company): Kickdrum inspects architecture, configuration, usage, and commitments to identify underutilized resources & best practices gaps.
• Roadmaps and Proposals (3 weeks per company): Kickdrum creates a roadmap based on level of effort and savings opportunities, advises and helps deploy recommended optimizations, and proposes areas where Kickdrum or a partner can help execute.
• Continuous Cost Governance (Ongoing): Kickdrum regularly inspects usage and spending patterns to identify opportunities for savings using automated reports & manual inspection. We propose ongoing financial operations, custom development, and optimizations to drive continuous savings.
