You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

    Usage instructions

    After the deployment, you can access the AirFlow interface via a browser at http://public_dns_name:8080. Make sure the ec-2 instance has port 8080 inbound traffic allowed via a security group. Default administrator username is "airflow" , and the default password is ec-2 instance-id you provisioned. Please allow few minutes before trying to log-in for the first time, so that the setup completes and default user becomes ready. To connect to the operating system, use SSH and the username ec2-user. AirFlow configuration files are stored under the /airflow directory. Usage instructions can be found at http://cloudup.ee/kb-airflow-aws.html
