Dimensions summary
You choose from three contract options. The Premium and Complete packages each cover 100 users and one SASE gateway, giving you two package levels for the same base capacity. The Complete package bundles more capabilities than Premium at the same user and gateway count. The Gateway option prices a single SASE gateway instance on its own. You add Gateway units when you need more gateways beyond the one included in a package. All options are billed on a contract basis. Pricing scales as you add packages for more users or add gateway instances.

Each Premium and Complete package covers 100 users. A user is one person connecting to your protected resources. The one included SASE gateway is a network access point that connects users to your applications and sites. Both packages price the same base capacity of users and gateway.
Both packages secure remote access with zero trust policies for 100 users. The Complete package bundles more capabilities than Premium at the same user and gateway count. The datasheet and vendor site describe the feature set, but the exact package split is best confirmed with the vendor.
You buy one package (Premium or Complete) for user capacity, which includes one SASE gateway. When you need more gateways, you add standalone Gateway units. Package count drives user cost; Gateway units add per-instance cost. Both appear on the same contract invoice and are billed independently.
