Graph.Build Studio is billed as a contract based on how many users need access. You pick one of five sizes, and the size sets your user capacity. Small covers 1 user, Medium covers 5, Large covers 10, and Extra Large covers 20. The Unlimited option covers 40 users, and you can contact the vendor if you need more than that. Pricing scales with the size you select, so you match the tier to your team's headcount. Each size supports the same no-code graph modelling interface; only the number of supported users differs.

What counts as one user for billing purposes?
A user is one person who accesses the Studio, the no-code interface for modelling graphs and running the Transformers and Writers. Each tier sets a fixed user capacity: Small covers 1, Medium 5, Large 10, Extra Large 20, and Unlimited 40. You count named team members who need access.
What happens if my team grows past the tier I bought?
Each tier caps the number of users it supports, so growing past that cap means moving to a size with higher user capacity. The transition is not automatic; you select the tier that matches your headcount. If you need more than 40 users, contact the vendor.
Does a larger tier add features, or only more users?
Only the supported user count changes across tiers. Every size provides the same no-code Studio for building graphs, testing models on real data, and outputting to RDF or property graph formats. You pick a tier based on team size, not on differing capabilities.
