Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract combines plan tiers with usage-based rates. You choose a plan—Free, Starter, Business, or Enterprise—which sets your included video minutes per month and support level. Free includes 10,000 minutes, Starter includes 250K with Advanced Support, and Business includes 1M with Premium Support. Enterprise pricing comes from sales. Video participant minutes beyond your monthly included amount bill at a base per-minute rate. A participant minute equals one minute per person on a call. Separate per-minute rates apply to cloud recording, with an added per-minute charge if you use vendor-provided storage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A participant minute equals one minute for each person on a call. You multiply the number of participants by the meeting length. So a 10-minute call with 5 people equals 50 participant minutes. This applies to your included minutes and to any minutes billed above your plan's monthly amount.
Video minutes beyond your plan's monthly included amount bill at the base per-participant-minute rate. There is no hard cap that stops your calls. You keep the same per-minute rate and can track usage in the dashboard. Enterprise buyers work with sales for included amounts.
Cloud recording bills per recorded minute of wall-clock time, not multiplied by the number of participants. A 10-minute recording of a 5-person call is 10 recorded minutes. If you use vendor-provided storage, an added per-minute charge applies on top of the base recording rate.
