Healthcare-specific commitments: All engagements honor your HIPAA Business Associate Agreement requirements. Intuitive will execute a BAA prior to handling any PHI. Engagements involving GxP-regulated systems follow your internal change-control and validation processes.
Post-engagement support: Customers can engage Intuitive's AI Operations managed services for ongoing AI governance operations, model monitoring, drift response, and governance reviews using the AI Workbench accelerator suite. Pricing is published separately on AWS Marketplace.
Escalation path: If a Severity 1 issue is not acknowledged within the SLA window, escalate to the Director of AI & Data Engineering at the contact provided in your kickoff packet.
