You buy through annual contracts across three options. Two options cover qTest Enterprise AI test management, each sold in packs of 10 users. One pack licenses 10 Named Users, tied to specific individuals. The other licenses 10 Concurrent Users, shared across a team based on simultaneous logins. To scale, you add more packs. The third option, Tricentis Platform, is priced per single user. Multi-user Tricentis Platform pricing is arranged through Private Offers rather than this listing. Choose the user model that fits how your team accesses the software.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between a Named User and a Concurrent User in the qTest 10 Pack options?
A Named User license is tied to a specific person, so each individual needs their own seat. A Concurrent User license is shared across a team and counts how many people are logged in at the same time. Concurrent suits rotating shifts; Named suits dedicated daily users.
How do I scale up if my team grows beyond 10 qTest users?
Each qTest Enterprise AI option is sold in packs of 10 users. To add capacity, you buy additional 10 packs. You can pick either the Named or Concurrent model based on how your team accesses the software. Larger arrangements may be handled through Private Offers.
What drives cost across these three options, and can I combine them?
The two qTest Enterprise AI options bill per 10-user pack, so your user count and access model drive that cost. The Tricentis Platform option bills per single user. Each dimension bills independently. Multi-user Tricentis Platform pricing is arranged through Private Offers rather than this listing.

Effortless AI-Powered Web Test Automation with Self-Healing and CI/CD Integration
Reviewed on Jul 16, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Tricentis Testim is how it simplifies end-to-end web test automation while reducing the effort required to maintain test suites. The AI-assisted test creation and self-healing capabilities help minimize failures caused by minor UI changes, saving significant maintenance time. The interface is easy to navigate, and creating reusable test steps makes it simple to scale automation across multiple projects. Integration with CI/CD pipelines and detailed execution reports also make it easier to catch issues early and improve release quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Tricentis Testim is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. Advanced test customization sometimes requires coding knowledge, which can be challenging for non-technical users. Initial setup and organizing large test suites take some time, and the pricing may be high for smaller teams. I would also like to see more flexibility in reporting and debugging, as troubleshooting failed test runs can occasionally require extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tricentis Testim helps us automate repetitive web application testing, reducing the amount of manual testing required before each release. It improves the reliability of regression testing by quickly identifying issues after new code changes and helps ensure that critical user workflows continue to work as expected. This has shortened our testing cycle, increased confidence in deployments, reduced production defects, and allowed the team to focus more on developing new features instead of spending time on repetitive validation.

AI-Powered Self-Healing Tests That Keep Up With Constant UI Changes
Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
The most interesting thing for me is the "self-healing" feature using AI-powered locators. Being a student of a university who is developing a web application on a dynamic page in a team of five people, our user interface was always changing. In the classical testing framework (such as Selenium), even the slightest change in a button id would make our whole testing suite useless.
Using Testim, this problem disappears almost entirely. AI will detect any changes in elements and adjust the testing suite automatically without needing me to fix all locators myself. "Self-healing" feature has totally changed my way of work. Now I can spend time not on fixing tests, but on making more complicated test cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricentis Testim does offer some amazing capabilities in terms of AI-enabled automation, but there have been certain drawbacks that should be considered when using the software, and as a student, you need to know about them:
1. The AI locators may not be as "intelligent" as they claim to be. Though there is a guarantee of self-healing of tests, some elements do not get recognized in the process of automation testing and need a manual change in the locators. The selectors may not be as intelligent as one expects, and tests may break up quite often._locator instability tends to occur in various branches of development.
2. The costs are way too high for a student. Even though there is a trial version available, the price for the paid version is around $450 a month, and the costs for an enterprise version are about $2,000-$5,000 per month and higher. This is out of question for a university student with limited funding for personal projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a university student engaged in web testing automation tasks, Tricentis Testim resolves a number of issues that were very difficult for me before, making the entire testing process much easier and convenient.
The Main Problems Resolved by Testim
Fragility of the Tests: The problem of tests being fragile because of minor UI modifications was one of the hardest ones for me to solve previously using test automation tools like Selenium, as it requires fixing all the test cases when any small UI modification occurs, thus wasting lots of time. Testim solves this problem with the help of AI-powered "Smart Locators" which are able to adapt to the modifications of UI elements without breaking tests.
A Need for Coding: Traditional test automation frameworks require coding skills, which makes some students unable to work with them properly. However, thanks to Testim, such barriers can be overcome, as it is an easy-to-use test automation tool which does not require coding skills from its user.

AI-Powered, Stable Test Automation with Fast Creation and Scalable Cloud Execution
Reviewed on May 04, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What appeals to me most in Testim is the ability of the software to use the capabilities of AI in test automation, making the testing more stable and less brittle for dynamic web applications. There will be fewer cases when tests will need maintenance because of changing UI elements that usually happens in case of automation with other tools.
A good feature that should be highlighted is that with Testim it is possible to create and execute tests in a very short period of time, which comes handy when dealing with the environments when releases occur frequently, such as fintech or deep tech.
The other advantage I'd like to mention is that Testim supports cloud-based test execution and has the capability of scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback would be that although the low-code method is very useful in terms of time efficiency, it might become a limiting factor for testing that requires a lot of customization.
Another thing would be the cost associated with TestCraft, especially when compared to other open-source tools for automation testing. The price can be somewhat high for smaller companies. The third drawback would be that it can be quite difficult to figure out the reason behind the failure of certain tests because AI-based locators might play a role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major issues associated with test automation is the instability and difficulty of maintenance that comes with the territory. In rapidly evolving applications, such as those found in the field of fintech or deep tech, even slight changes to the UI can lead to issues for traditional scripts and impede the deployment process. Tricentis Testim's innovative approach to element recognition and smart locators ensures increased stability, allowing us to spend less time troubleshooting and more time increasing test coverage. In addition to this, Testim has allowed us to streamline our testing process significantly and integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines. This represents a significant step forward in terms of accelerating our release process and ensuring greater efficiency.

Easy way to build reliable automated tests
Reviewed on Mar 14, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Testim makes it surprisingly easy to create automated tests without needing a lot of complex setup. The visual editor is very intuitive, and the AI-based element locators help keep tests stable even when the UI changes. It’s great for teams that want to start automating quickly without spending weeks configuring frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the debugging process can take a bit of time when a test fails, especially in more complex flows. The pricing can also become a factor for smaller teams as the test suite grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testim helps us automate regression testing and catch UI issues before releases. This saves a lot of manual testing time and gives the team more confidence when deploying new features.
