AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour for the AlmaLinux 10 (ARM) image running on your chosen Amazon EC2 instance type. Every dimension maps to a single ARM-based EC2 instance size, billed per hour of use. There are no tiers or feature bundles. Instead, pricing scales with the instance you select. Smaller instances, such as t4g.nano or a1.medium, carry lower hourly rates. Larger and metal instances, such as r8gd.metal-48xl or c8gn.48xlarge, carry higher hourly rates. You add EC2 infrastructure charges separately. Pick the instance that fits your compute, memory, or storage needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hourly charge cover for a given instance dimension?
Each dimension bills the AlmaLinux 10 (ARM) software image running on one matching Amazon EC2 instance, charged per hour that instance runs. One unit equals one running instance of that size. Larger instance types carry higher hourly software rates than smaller ones.
Am I charged the hourly software rate when my instance is stopped?
The software rate meters running instance-hours. A stopped instance stops accruing this hourly software charge. Underlying AWS storage and other AWS infrastructure fees may still apply while the instance is stopped. You pay software charges only for time the instance actually runs.
What is included with the software charge beyond the operating system image?
The charge covers the AlmaLinux 10 (ARM) image maintained by Cloudfu. It includes regular patches and updates, plus 24/7 technical support by email. AWS infrastructure charges for the EC2 instance and storage are billed separately and are not part of this hourly software rate.
