This campaign finance software is priced by voter population, sold through a private offering. You choose one of three tiers based on the number of voters your agency serves. The first tier covers agencies with fewer than 1 million voters. The second tier covers 1 to 5 million voters. The third tier covers more than 5 million voters. Pricing scales as your voter population grows, so you pay according to the size of the population you administer. Each tier is a contract commitment. You select the single tier that matches your agency's voter count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Your tier reflects the number of voters your agency serves. You select the band that matches your voter count: under 1 million, 1 to 5 million, or over 5 million. Confirm with the vendor exactly which voter records count, since the marketplace listing does not define the counting method in detail.
Each tier is a contract commitment tied to one voter band. Crossing into a wider band, such as moving from under 1 million to the 1 to 5 million range, means moving to that tier. This is not automatic under the contract. You would arrange the higher tier with the vendor.
All three tiers cover the same campaign finance product. It provides online portals for filers, office staff, and the public, plus automated reporting and transparency tools. The system is configurable and integrates with existing systems. Your voter tier sets the price, not the feature set.
