AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy these five dimensions as separate contract licenses, each covering a distinct capability. The data catalog license is sized by metadata resources, up to 50. Two data quality licenses are priced per 4-core block, one standard and one advanced version. The governance license is sized by user count, covering 10 users. The privacy management license is sized by data stores, up to 150. Each option scales independently by its own unit, so you select and combine the licenses that match your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one metadata resource for the data catalog license?
A metadata resource is a connection to a data source that the catalog scans and inventories. Each database, file system, or application you connect counts as one resource. The catalog license covers up to 50 such connections, letting you locate and classify assets across cloud and on-premises systems.
How is the data quality license counted, and what differs between the standard and advanced versions?
Both data quality licenses are sized per 4-core block, based on the processing cores you run. You add core blocks as your workload grows. The advanced version adds capabilities beyond the standard version. Both handle profiling, cleansing, and standardization, so choose the version that matches your data quality needs.
What drives cost across these five licenses, and how do they combine on my bill?
Each license bills independently by its own unit: metadata resources, processing cores, users, or data stores. They do not roll into a single meter. You select only the capabilities you need, and each charge appears separately. Your total reflects the sum of the licenses you combine.
