    Overview

    The Xyzmo Kiosk enables interactive customer communication, advertising and e-signature capturing at the Point of Sales / Service (POS). Using stylus-based displays or screens at the POS offers many advantages (e.g. customers can read documents on the display, capture electronic signatures and use the display for advertising). Supports various signature methods such as biometric signature, Draw2Sign, SMS-OTP Signatures and Namirial Disposable Signatures. The Xyzmo Kiosk with its intelligent screen handling makes use of all the advantages such displays can offer. It decouples pen/touch input from mouse interaction and avoids mouse focus stealing from the operator working on his PC. Advertising screens, Screen mirroring functionalities and a WebView Mode enable additional use cases. It works perfect with Namirial NT10xxx, NT11xxx and NT21xxx hardware series, but is also compatible with a wider set of 3rd party signature monitors in 10 factor and larger. Software solution for local desktop PCs, notebooks, and x84/x64 devices, enabling to sign and seal electronic documents using a tablet PC, signature pads, or digital certificates. The primary functionalities of the service are:

    • Intuitive document display, edit forms and signing function - enables the customer to read the document at his own pace on the screen: o Automatically display documents on the signature display o Display documents in landscape mode with vertical scrolling (e.g. on 10inch devices) o No complicated handling as an extended desktop display o No conflicts on mouse focus when used in parallel to the main display o Touch control on suitable hardware o Direct filling of form fields in the document by the signer via a virtual touch keyboard o Pressure sensitive real-time rendering of handwriting.

    • Sign directly on the document - better acceptance of the signing solution as the customer signs directly on the document.

    • Capture advanced or qualified e-signatures:

    • Capture handwritten signatures (optionally with biometric data) directly on the document

    • Capture click2sig signatures with SMS or custom authentication Mechanism

    • Capture qualified signatures using Namirial disposable certificates (or A-Trust Handysignatur).

    • Assistance mode Monitoring window on main display to provide assistance - the operator can guide the user (change page, trigger signature fields, highlights information, ...) from his monitor: -Shows in real-time on the main display what is happening on the signature display -Assistance to the signatory via the monitoring window on the main display.

    • Simultaneous usage - the operator can continue his work on his computer while the customer signs the document.

    • High level integration with easy to integrate .NET and Java SDK.

    • Skinning of the user interface by XML configuration.

    • Search for text markers (sig-strings) to find the positions where to put the signature. Optionally the markers can be removed (this depends on the PDF structure).

    • Digitally signature with or without biometric signature data. o Standard: Adobe Pdf Reference PDF 32000-1:2008 12.8.3.3 PKCS#7 Signatures as used in ISO 32000 o optionally: PDF/A-1 conformant signature o optionally: RFC 3161 Timestamping.

    • Real-time biometric signature verification in combination with our SIGNificant Biometric Server.

    • Advertisement - play advertisements for customers (image slideshow & videos) on the signature screen while it is not in use.
