Cost scales with the count of protected service deployments. As you add services, more units accrue. Operant states contracts include a base allocation with predictable overage rates, and their team flags when you approach thresholds. This keeps billing tied to your actual deployment footprint.
Do I get charged for services that are only observed and not actively enforcing?
Billing meters service deployments under Operant's runtime defense. Operant notes the platform starts in observe-only mode by default, and you decide when to enable enforcement.
