To ensure the Golden Thread right through to client data pass back, eviFile can push the engineering assurance data into any CDE. Currently we're working with Project Wise, Aconex and A-site.

SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

The Supplier shall deliver the Services in accordance with the service levels detailed in this Schedule:
Service Availability:
- The Supplier shall use its commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Service is available throughout the Subscription Term for 99.9% of the time.
- The target availability detailed at section 2.1 above is understood to be exclusive of planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. UK time.
Incident Resolution:
- In the event that the Customer needs to raise an issue to the Supplier than it should do so by contacting the Supplier's support desk.
- The Suppliers Support desk shall be contactable during Normal Business Hours (UK 8AM - 6PM).
- The end user service desk is accessible 24/7/365 and can be accessed through your eviFile solution via e-mail support only - further details on this can be obtained from your customer onboarding team manager. The full SLA is available on request.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
