IBM Technology Expert Labs will configure IBM Cloudability for US Federal Clients, delivered in partnership with the Client via regular working sessions where configuration and enablement activities are completed. The goal of this engagement is to assist the client in achieving the use cases available based on the client’s entitlements and the use cases as prioritized jointly.
Overview
BM Technology Expert Labs deep, technical, product-oriented consultants will configure IBM Cloudability capabilities, delivered in partnership with your organization via regular working sessions where configuration and enablement activities are completed. The goal of this engagement is to assist your enterprise in achieving the use cases that will help you exploit the full capabilities of either your IBM Cloudability for US Federal (SaaS) and/or IBM Cloudability TotalCost for US Federal (SaaS) solutions that is available based on your entitlements and the use cases as prioritized jointly.
Throughout the project, IBM will work with the Client to configure the Solution(s) and conduct appropriate knowledge transfer required for ongoing operational self-sufficiency. Capabilities may be deployed in an iterative approach with multiple releases (where applicable) designed to help the Client achieve early value from the deployment.
These onboarding services may include these key activities and capabilities based on the type of onboarding option of the two below:
Cloudability Foundation (up to 8 weeks): • Credentialling/Data ingestion • Reporting & Analytics • Multi-cloud Cost Visibility • Container Spend Managment + Optimization • Rightsizing Recommendations • Commitment Planning • Basic Cost Allocation • Anomaly Detection • Foundational Budgets & Forecasting • Benchmarking
Cloudability Pro Onboarding (up to 16 Weeks): Includes all supported outcomes of Cloudability Foundation for US Federal and the following additional capabilities • Unit Economics • Workload Planning • Trend-based Cloud forecasting • Workflow & Pipeline Integration
In addition, IBM will automate and credential ingestion for up to six (6) Cloud Service Providers
Cloudability TotalCost for US Federal Onboarding Uplift Services • Elevated or Advanced must be purchased dependent on Client Cloud Spend, see table above) • Cloudability TotalCost (Uplift) may only be purchased with Cloudability TotalCost Cloud Service IBM will work with Client to configure the IBM Cloudabiity TotalCost for US Federal Reporting/Dashboard outcomes along with configuring TBM Studio for IBM Cloudability TotalCost. • For Cloudability TotalCost Elevated Uplift up to four (4) third-party data sources may be connected and integrated. • For Cloudability TotalCost Advanced Uplift up to five (5) third-party data sources may be connected and integrated. • Cloudability TotalCost Rollout and Enablement • Conduct up to two (2) one (1) hour Knowledge Transfer sessions with Client users
Business Review: Conduct one (1) Business Review sessions with Executive Sponsor and key stakeholders to demonstrate value of the Cloudability TotalCost for US Federal configuration.
Outcomes Desired: • Faster deployment with reduced trial and error that will help you achieve ROI quicker for Cloudability and Cloudability TotalCost solutions based on IBM Technology Expert Labs deep, product-oriented consultants who have cross industry, global experience • Valid, best practices onboarding methodology to assist you with a faster adoption of features and capabilities of your Cloudability and Cloudability TotalCost solutions
