Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user account for billing under the 25-user contract?
One user account is one team member who logs in to the training platform. Each person gets their own seat to access labs, courses, and learning roadmaps. The contract covers up to 25 such accounts. You assign these seats to individuals across your teams through the admin panel.
What happens if my team grows beyond 25 users during the contract?
This listing covers a fixed set of 25 seats. It does not add capacity automatically as your team grows. To support more than 25 users, you would need additional seats outside this listing. Contact the vendor to discuss adding users beyond the 25 covered here.
What does each seat include on the training platform?
Each seat gives one user access to hands-on labs, courses, and learning roadmaps called Journeys. Users can practice secure coding in multiple languages and take assessments. Admins can assign courses to teams and track progress through the admin panel. All 25 seats share the same access.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the appSec series, which has both the basic and advanced concepts. To highlight, threat modeling course was quite informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Just the AI based videos is a thumbs down for me personally, human touch adds extra value to the learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are very limited resources for AppSec overall which covers some of the key concepts like DevSecOps, thread modeling, etc. I believe AppSecEngineer bridging that gap.
