Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Navima sells this M&A collaboration platform through three contract tiers priced by user count. Essentials covers up to 15 users, Team covers up to 30 users, and Pro covers up to 80 users. You pick the tier based on how many people need access. Pricing scales with team size rather than usage or features, so the tiers differ by capacity. Choose the tier that fits the number of team members, advisors, and stakeholders working within the platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under each tier?
A user is any individual account with platform access. This includes team members, advisors, and external stakeholders you invite. Each tier caps the number of active accounts: 15 for Essentials, 30 for Team, and 80 for Pro. The platform uses six permission levels to control what each user can see and do.
What happens if my team grows beyond my tier's user limit?
Each tier sets a fixed cap on user accounts. When your team outgrows the cap, you move to the next tier to add more seats. The change is not automatic. Team covers up to 30 users and Pro covers up to 80. Contact the vendor to move between tiers.
Does the platform require separate accounts for any features?
Yes. Electronic signature functionality needs a separate signing account from a third-party provider, which is not included with any tier. You must supply your own signing service to request and receive signatures. All other collaboration, project management, and reporting features work within the platform itself.
