Klika Tech helps you select, implement, and operate AWS AI services appropriate to your use case, including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker AI, Amazon Textract, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, and Amazon Lex.

Applications can include knowledge assistants, document processing, workflow automation, predictive analytics, image analysis, and voice interfaces. We connect the solution to approved data and business workflows, with measures for quality, adoption, cost, and business value.

Four engagement options

AI Readiness Assessment | Typically 4-6 weeks Identify where AWS AI services can deliver practical value before committing to implementation. We evaluate 3-5 candidate use cases, assess data access and quality, review security and governance requirements, and align stakeholders around measurable success criteria.

Deliverables: Prioritized use cases, target AWS architecture, implementation roadmap, and a financial model covering expected benefits, AWS usage assumptions, operating costs, and break-even scenarios.

AI Proof of Value | Typically 8-12 weeks Implement one prioritized use case in an isolated environment in your AWS account. Business users test the application while we evaluate output quality, usability, adoption, and observed AWS usage against the original business case. Where appropriate, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases and Guardrails support retrieval from approved sources and application safeguards.

Deliverables: Working pilot, code and Infrastructure as Code, evaluation results, user training, and a value report. Evidence from the pilot informs service configuration, cost projections, and the decision to proceed to production.

AI Production Transition | Typically 3-6 months Turn a validated pilot from Klika Tech, your team, or another provider into an operational AWS AI workload. Depending on agreed scope, we transition up to three use cases, integrate business workflows, and implement access controls, encryption, private connectivity where supported, automated deployment, and monitoring.

Deliverables: AWS CDK deployment assets, AI lifecycle pipelines, quality evaluations, business KPI dashboards, operational runbooks, and team enablement. Production readiness supports wider use of the selected AWS AI services while reducing deployment and operating risk.

AI Operations Support | Monthly; three-month minimum Maintain and improve the agreed production AI workloads through incident handling, output-quality and drift monitoring, security reviews, and cost optimization. We review usage and business results to identify configuration improvements and opportunities to extend proven AI capabilities.

Deliverables: Agreed support coverage, monitoring, AWS Budgets alerts, operational reviews, and monthly performance reporting. Advanced and Enterprise packages are scoped to workload complexity, estate size, and service levels.

Build the foundations and expand with evidence

Separately scoped work can resolve data and infrastructure gaps through governed data foundations using Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and AWS Lake Formation; connect telemetry through AWS IoT services; or implement cloud foundations and migrations. These services prepare the inputs and environment required by the AI workload.

Start at the phase that matches your readiness, or combine phases into a program. Entry after assessment includes a scoped architecture and data-readiness review. At each decision gate, advance, address prerequisites, or pause under the engagement terms. Proven workloads can then extend to additional users, business units, use cases, or AWS Regions.

Customers provide approved data and system access and project stakeholders. Timelines depend on scope and readiness; financial projections are estimates.
