Uses:

• Automate extraction of aggregated data from Cloudwatch using any simple or a complex logs insights query and your results are saved for as long as you like at lower cost.

• Run it in any region you have cloudwatch logs insights data and it can be configured to join data from multiple regions, multiple accounts or multiple customers . You can further aggregate data.

• Schedule back ups of your existing cloudwatch logs metrics. The extracted cloudwatch logs metrics data can be joined with any other extracts.

• Delete the old cloudwatch logs metrics to save cloudwatch cost once backed up by AnvimeDb

• Present, filter or compare the aggregated cloudwatch logs insights data as per your requirements.

How it works:

Configure and schedule CloudWatch Logs Insights Queries, configure log groups to query data from, add time ranges (anytime in past for which you have cloudwatch logs), define a location to save data in s3.

The queries will be run at scheduled time and result will be saved.

The solution is serverless, higly secure and scalable and a continued use can reduces the cloudwatch logs insights cost drastically as you do not have to repeatedly run your queries as the one time scheduled extracts can save your results for you to look at, anytime later.
