Overview
The Services will be delivered over a timebox of multiple 4-week sprints as agreed with the Customer. The activities of a sprint include:
- User experience definition and user journeys mapping
- Prototypes and high fidelity mockups creation
- Discuss and commit to the sprint backlog and plan its tasks
- Develop and test the committed set of features
- Demonstrate the implemented features to stakeholders at the end of the sprint
The activities mentioned above will be delivered by a multi-profile team consisting of a combination of the profiles below:
- Full Time: Engagement Manager, Tech Lead, 2 Developers
- Half Time: Frontend Developer, Test Engineer, UX/UI Designer
- 1 day per week: Enterprise Architect
- Half-day per week: Digital Experience Architect
