Overview
Many organizations have introduced AI coding tools but are not seeing meaningful delivery gains. Requirements, product intent, and key decisions still lose fidelity as work moves across the lifecycle - resulting in faster output but the same meetings, handoffs, rework, and coordination drag.
Pariveda's AI-Driven Software Delivery Workshop is a 2-week engagement that helps teams move beyond tool-first AI adoption into a model where human judgment, aligned requirements, and AI execution work together. One past participant noted: "The months-long process of preparing documentation, planning, and writing development tasks was completed before we took our lunch break."
Who Participates
This workshop is not just for software engineers. Product owners, business analysts, UX designers, architects, platform and DevOps leaders, cybersecurity, compliance, QA, and support teams work together inside the same AI-Driven system. Teams bring a real product idea and use a preferred agentic IDE - such as Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex - to pressure-test AI-Driven execution in a real workflow.
Example Scenario
A platform engineering team of 10-15 members modernizing an internal workflow - such as a claims processing pipeline or patient-intake feature - brings their backlog, domain context, and preferred IDE into the workshop. Over two weeks, the team aligns requirements cross-functionally, builds a working prototype with agentic tooling, and surfaces the coordination drag that previously added weeks of rework to each release cycle.
Scope and Prerequisites
- Duration: 2 weeks (10 business days)
- Team size: Typically 8-20 cross-functional participants
- Prerequisites: Active agentic IDE licenses for participating developers, an AWS account or equivalent cloud environment, and a real product idea with available source materials (requirements docs, designs, or backlog items)
- Out of scope: Production deployment, long-term maintenance, and organizational change management beyond workshop recommendations
What Teams Do During the Workshop
- Align requirements and intent by bringing source materials together and clarifying goals
- Make key product and architecture decisions cross-functionally rather than handing work off stage by stage
- Build and test with agents using a preferred agentic IDE
- Surface delivery friction to see where coordination drag can be reduced and where practices need to evolve
What Your Team Leaves With
- A working prototype built during the engagement
- A reusable set of aligned requirements, designs, decisions, plans, and quality artifacts
- Validation results and release-readiness proof points
- Practical guidance for trusted AI-Driven execution and broader adoption
What Leaders Gain
- Governance and trust clarity showing how requirements, decisions, quality, and release readiness must evolve as delivery accelerates
- A more informed path to scaling AI-Driven software delivery responsibly
- Better-informed governance and operating-model decisions
Data Handling and Client IP
All workshop activities occur within the client's own environment. Pariveda personnel access only the materials and systems the client provides for the engagement. No client code, product ideas, or proprietary artifacts are retained by Pariveda after the workshop concludes. Teams maintain full ownership of all outputs produced during the engagement.
Next Step
Book a 30-minute scoping call to define your product idea, confirm team composition, and align on prerequisites before the engagement begins.

Pre-Engagement Scoping
Before the workshop begins, a Pariveda engagement lead conducts a scoping session to define your product idea, confirm team composition (typically 8-20 cross-functional participants), verify prerequisites (active agentic IDE licenses, AWS account or equivalent cloud environment, available source materials), and align on goals for the 2-week engagement.
During the Workshop
A dedicated Pariveda facilitation team guides your cross-functional group through requirements alignment, decision-making, agent-driven build, and validation across the full 2-week (10 business day) engagement. Milestone checkpoints occur at the end of week one (requirements and architecture alignment complete) and end of week two (working prototype, artifacts, and readiness proof points delivered).
Post-Workshop Support
The engagement includes a post-workshop readout and recommendation session to review findings and next steps. A named Pariveda contact is provided for follow-up questions after the workshop concludes. A follow-up working session is also available to help your team act on workshop outputs and continue building momentum toward AI-Driven delivery at scale.
