iX Hero - Roleplay

iX Hero reduces skill gaps and inconsistent agent readiness by enabling structured, repeatable practice through simulated voice and chat interactions — eliminating the need for live call shadowing, manual role-play coordination, or costly third-party training platforms. Roleplay gives advisors a safe, on-demand environment to rehearse real-world customer scenarios before they occur on the floor, building competency and confidence at scale across global teams.

The module supports both structured scenarios with predefined interaction paths and free-flow simulations that mirror unpredictable, real-world conversation dynamics. Automated scoring and data-driven feedback deliver objective performance measurement after every session, removing subjectivity from coaching and giving team leaders actionable insight into individual and cohort-level readiness.

Scenarios can be manually created without any data integration, making deployment fast and operationally lightweight — teams can be live within 2–3 weeks.
