    Activities overview

    • KickOff & Project Understanding: We’ll begin with a project kickoff session to define your Liquibase requirements, identify the technical stakeholders, and align on the working methodology to ensure a collaborative and efficient delivery process.
    • Liquibase Installation and Setup: Our team will install Liquibase on the server or CI/CD runner defined by your team. We’ll configure connectivity with your target databases and validate the setup.
    • Smoke Testing: We’ll perform smoke testing to validate the installation, ensuring that Liquibase is operational and ready for use. Any issues encountered during testing will be addressed and resolved.

    Post Installation work

    • Liquibase ChangeLog Structure Definition: We will design and implement a best-practice ChangeLog structure customized to your team’s workflows and database environments, ensuring it’s scalable and maintainable.
