    Overview

    In this solution abra delivers an AWS-to-Atlassian Assets integration that continuously discovers cloud resources and synchronizes them into Jira Service Management Assets using a customer-defined schema.

    The discovery agent is deployed inside your AWS environment using infrastructure as code (Terraform).The writer component upserts objects into Atlassian Assets via the Assets REST API.

    To make the data immediately useful for manging and observing infrastructure on AWS, we configure dashboards and AQL-based cohorts for tagging and ownership gaps, orphan detection, and remediation queues. Optional extensions include bringing in optimization signals for rightsizing and idle candidates, creating Jira work items with SLAs.
