You pay by the hour for the software running on the AWS EC2 instance you pick. Each dimension maps to one EC2 instance type, so pricing scales with the compute you choose. Smaller shared instances like t2, t3, and m1 sizes cost less per hour, while larger compute-, memory-, storage-, and GPU-focused types (such as c7i, r7iz, x2iedn, i4i, and g6e) cost more. Metal and very large sizes sit at the top of the range. You are not locked into a term; billing follows your actual running hours per instance.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each hourly rate covers the LEMP software license running on one running EC2 instance of that type. One dimension equals one instance size. The rate follows that instance's compute, memory, storage, and GPU profile. You pay for each hour that instance runs.
The hourly software fee meters running time only. A stopped instance does not accrue the LEMP software charge. AWS may still bill underlying storage for a stopped instance, but that is separate from this listing's per-hour software rate.
