• Review your specific use case, and offer prescriptive guidance on architecture, guardrails, and data governance
• Identify the hard parts early - the security, compliance, and integration challenges - and share ideas to get you to a working design

An Agentic AI Architecture Working Session is designed to help you move from agentic ideas and experiments toward a production-ready design you can run securely in your own environment.

Step 1. Introductions: Tennex will conduct a quick discovery call to get an understanding of where you are today and where you want to go. In this meeting, we will ask about your business goals, the workloads you're looking to build with, and the technologies you're currently leveraging.

Step 2. Architecture Working Session: A Cloud Architect will conduct a meeting (up to an hour) with your key technical and business stakeholders to better understand your specific use case, share best practices and prescriptive guidance, and brainstorm an architecture for running agentic workloads securely in your environment. Note that Tennex cannot perform any hands-on keyboard work as part of this discussion.

Step 3. Recommendations Session (Optional): Based on the topics and priorities outlined in the working session, we will meet for 30 minutes to discuss next-steps, or add additional time for topics needing further research or a direct collaboration with Tennex.

Following the Architecture Working Session, you'll receive a detailed summary of our conversation, along with relevant AWS or third-party documentation for your review. Where we've discussed a specific architecture, that summary will include a high-level design direction for running your agentic workloads securely in your environment. Should we identify an opportunity for a broader collaboration, Tennex will share an SOW with rough pricing as well.
