This listing uses a contract pricing model with a single dimension billed in units. You commit to a set quantity through the AWS Marketplace public listing rather than choosing among separate tiers or instance sizes. Pricing scales with the number of units you purchase under the agreed contract term. Because there is one dimension, you scale by adjusting the unit quantity, not by switching plans. The product bills per incident investigation, where duplicate alerts are grouped so charges track unique incidents rather than raw alert volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Charges apply per unique incident, not per raw alert. The agent groups duplicate alerts before investigating, so repeated alerts about the same problem count as one investigation. If 500 alerts describe 5 real issues, you pay for the 5 unique incidents, not the 500 duplicate alerts.
Your bill scales with unique incidents, not total alert volume. Duplicate alerts are grouped first, so a spike in repeated alerts about the same problem does not multiply your charges. Only genuinely new problems trigger a new billed investigation.
The product connects to alert sources and data sources through webhooks, HTTP APIs, or MCP servers, and auto-generates connectors as needed. The pricing dimension bills by units under your contract, not per connected source. For connection-count limits, contact the vendor.
