LangWatch is the most intuitive LLMOps tooling for maximizing your LLM apps quality. For developers, you can monitor, run LLM evaluations, guardrail from prompt injection, alert on issues, create custom graphs and dashboards for cost and performance, save messages on datasets and run batch evaluations and experiments to improve your LLM application. For domain experts and product managers, you can easily understand how your application is being used with automatic topic clustering, getting customer and product insights, creating user and product performance graphs, annotating the messages with custom scores and using AI to learn from this annotations and ensure the continued quality of the product. If you need more than 10,000 messages, please contact us at support@langwatch.ai for custom plan.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices on a single dimension: traces running through the platform, billed by usage units. A trace groups the individual steps of an agent run, such as an LLM call, tool call, or retrieval step. Your cost scales with how many traces you send through the platform. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. Because billing is usage-based, spend rises as your monitored activity grows and falls when it slows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one trace for billing purposes?
A trace groups the steps of one agent run. The platform meters the individual events inside each trace. An event is a single ingested span: one LLM call, one tool call, or one retrieval step. A multi-step agent run produces several events within a single trace.
What happens to my cost when my monitored activity grows or slows?
Charges follow how many traces and events you send. As your agents produce more calls, tool calls, and retrieval steps, event volume rises and so does spend. When activity slows, event volume drops and cost falls. You can watch usage and cost live in the dashboard, with anomaly alerts.
Does keeping trace data longer add to what I pay?
Data retention is handled separately from trace volume. A retention window is included, and storing data beyond that window is billed by the gigabyte. So two factors shape spend: how many events you send, and how long you keep the resulting data.
