Espresso AI is a data warehouse optimization platform for Snowflake. We leverage our models' understanding of SQL to optimize individual queries on the frontend and optimally allocate physical compute on the backend.
The result is an instant, significant reduction in Snowflake spend.
Our customers are seeing savings of up to 80% on their Snowflake bill.
Highlights
Fully Automated Cost Optimization: Our agents run automatically in the background of your Snowflake account to optimize your data warehouses in real time. It's like having a team of superhuman DBAs monitoring and optimizing your Snowflake spending 24/7.
10-minute set-up: Our push-button integration means you can set up our ML warehouse agent with one SQL command - faster than reading this page. No onboarding costs, no minimums. Once it's set up, your spending drops automatically.
Guaranteed ROI: We only charge based on cost savings. If you don't save money, we won't charge you anything.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing uses a single usage-based dimension tied directly to your savings. You pay a percentage of the data warehouse costs the product saves you. If it does not reduce your costs, you owe nothing. The product's models measure your savings each billing period, and your charge scales with the dollar amount saved. There are no fixed instance sizes or tiers. Your cost rises or falls in step with how much you actually save.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How is my savings amount measured for billing each period?
The product's models analyze your workloads one query at a time. They compare your actual usage against expected usage to calculate credits saved. Savings are continuously calibrated with production data. You can verify accuracy by running an A/B test: turn the product off for a week and compare spend.
What happens to my charge if the product does not reduce my costs?
You owe nothing. The charge equals 40% of the costs the product saves you. If no savings occur, no charge applies. The product also offers a money-back guarantee period so you can see savings in production before committing to pay.
How does billing work if I use annual capacity pricing instead of on-demand?
With on-demand usage, credit savings turn into cash savings each month, so charges track monthly. With annual capacity pricing, the product saves credits that convert to cash savings when you renew your contract. If credits expire unused, the amount you paid applies toward future invoices.

Espresso AI is great because it just works. The ease of implementation was a major selling point, and it delivered exactly what was promised. We now use it daily, and the frequency of use has proven its value. It’s a powerful tool that has solved a lot of our cost and performance issues, all while requiring very little effort on our end. The best part is the set-it-and-forget-it ease of use that lets our team focus on other things
What do you dislike about the product?
love what Espresso AI does, but I wish it offered more advanced customization options for the reporting dashboards. It would be great to be able to build our own specific views instead of just using the standard ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Espresso AI has completely solved our biggest problem: the high and unpredictable costs of our Snowflake data warehouse. We used to spend a significant amount of time and effort every week manually optimizing queries and trying to manage our spending, which was a huge drain on our team's resources.
The main benefit is that it has freed up our data engineers to focus on more strategic work, like building new features and improving our products. Espresso AI now handles all the optimization automatically in the background, which has not only saved us a lot of money on our Snowflake bill but has also made our team far more productive.
