    What do you like best about the product?
    Helpful and easy to setup dashboards that show key DORA metrics for important applications within the technology stack.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is not the most intuitive tool when it comes to using it after the setup. It also does not allow for much customization to meet our specific engineering needs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We never had a way to measure DORA metrics within our engineering organization to drive engineering excellence. Opsera now allows is to measure these metrics and identify key opportunities for improvement and optimization across different engineering teams and potential bottlenecks as well in the Ci/CD pipelines and processes.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Opsera to trigger pipelines every day for many applications.
    It is easy to change the deployment branch for testing. If I want to deploy code from a different branch, it is very simple.
    It is also easy to change branches from the workflow steps.
    When there are deployment issues, I can check the logs easily to find the exact problem.
    The AI feature helps me by pointing out the important error lines from the large logs.
    One feature I like is the access control that is specific to each project.
    For some projects, I am the owner, and for others, I am not. All critical operations are restricted, which helps keep the configuration consistent.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The user interface (UI) is okay now compared to the old version, but sometimes, it loads slowly compared to other tools.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Opsera helps me manage my deployment pipelines for many applications. This makes it easier to trigger them every day without any hassle.
    Sometimes, I need to test code from different branches. Opsera allows me to change the branch easily. This saves time and helps me work faster.
    When there are issues during deployment, I can check the logs easily. Opsera helps me find the exact problem quickly. This makes fixing things much simpler.
    The AI feature points out important error lines from large logs. This means I don't have to look through everything myself, making it faster to understand what went wrong.
    Opsera gives me control over who can do critical operations on projects. This keeps my projects safe and ensures that the configuration stays consistent.
