Ketch Consent Management is a consent management platform (CMP) that collects, enforces, and audits people's consent across websites, mobile apps, devices, brands, and browsers. More than 3,500 brands use Ketch to run cookie banners and preference centers and to honor each person's privacy choices across their marketing and data systems. Ketch is built to support GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, US state privacy laws, Global Privacy Control (GPC), the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF), and Google Consent Mode.
Teams design banners, modals, and preference centers with more than 400 no-code customizations in a WYSIWYG editor, and can deploy them through native SDKs for iOS, Android, and React. Ketch records every consent with purpose, legal basis, jurisdiction, and identity, and it recognizes people across devices so their choices stay consistent. The Ketch Smart Tag fires tags based on each visitor's choices. Real-time server-to-server signals carry opt-outs, such as a California Do Not Sell or Share request, to CRMs, CDPs, and other connected systems through hundreds of pre-built integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
For audits and demand letter response, Ketch keeps individual-level, timestamped consent logs and scans and categorizes the trackers on your site. Privacy 360 Analytics adds person-level reports for audits, investigations, and litigation. Ketch is an IAB Europe TCF registered CMP, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, holds an AICPA SOC 2 Type II attestation, and offers a free tier.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing on the Ketch CMP dimension?
Ketch bills consent management on average monthly unique users across your web and app properties. A unique user is one distinct person, counted once per period no matter how many times they return. One person visiting five times in a day still counts once. Billing uses unique visitors, not total page views or sessions.
What happens to my cost if my visitor volume grows past the contracted user count?
Pricing scales with unique monthly visitors. If your volume grows past the contracted threshold, you move to a adjusted user count rather than paying an undefined overage charge. The exact figures are confirmed in a written proposal based on your scope and projected traffic.
Does the Ketch CMP dimension include data mapping or data subject rights automation?
No. This dimension covers consent management on the Ketch Platform. It includes policy templates, cookie scanning for up to 25 pages monthly, Identity Synchronization, Developer Extensions, and 5 third-party integrations. Data mapping, data subject rights automation, and risk assessments are priced and sold separately from consent management.
