This accelerator provides Tanium Enforce policy files designed to apply CIS (Version 2) baseline benchmarks to endpoints within your Tanium environment. It aligns with Tanium Comply checks against CIS v2 benchmarks, ensuring consistent compliance and configuration enforcement. This accelerator supports the following operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019.
Overview
Objective: The Tanium Enforce policy files will imported into your environment according to the appropriate operating system. These files will then be separated by Level and other Special considerations (e.g. Next Generation AV, BitLocker, etc.) These are benchmark configurations that are available in Enforce and will be applied to endpoints. Some benchmark rules require ADMX additions to your endpoints. Please refer to the documentation regarding specific rules that may be effected. This will help decrease potential partial policy application errors for configuration options that are not available in Group Policy.
