Overview
Sirti Digital Solutions helps enterprises migrate, operate, and scale Splunk environments on Amazon Web Services. Our services combine an outcome-based delivery model, dedicated agile (Scrum) delivery teams, and Expert-as-a-Service consulting engineers to support every phase of your Splunk-to-cloud journey — from assessment through migration, optimization, and ongoing management.
Engagements typically involve provisioning and configuring AWS resources such as Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose, and Amazon EKS to support Splunk data ingestion, storage, and compute workloads. Where access to customer AWS accounts is required, it is provisioned securely using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles with least-privilege policies; documentation of provisioned resources and IAM policies is provided to each customer.
Deliverables are organized around four service pillars: outcome-based migration services, scalable outcome units for extended engagements, dedicated Scrum delivery teams, and Expert-as-a-Service (EaaS) consulting engineers for ongoing technical guidance.
Any additional AWS infrastructure costs incurred as a result of these services, separate from the AWS Marketplace transaction, are the customer's responsibility.
Highlights
- Outcome-based migration services to move Splunk workloads to AWS with minimal disruption
- Dedicated Scrum delivery team for agile, iterative project execution
- Expert-as-a-Service (EaaS) Consulting Engineer for ongoing technical guidance and optimization
