Our PCF migration phased approach includes: Stage #1: PCF Assessment & Planning :

1. Stakeholder Workshop Kick-off
2. Gather the PCF application workloads, infrastructure , dependencies and interfaces.
3. Classify the PCF application groups
4. Identify key challenges in the current state.
5. Determine current OPEX costs for on-premises operations.
6. Assess data requirements and compliance.
7. Review security compliance requirements. Assessment Deliverables: Detailed Assessment Report, which includes: a. Target AWS EKS, AWS ROSA, AWS ECS state solution architecture using AWS Best Practices and the AWS Well-Architected Framework. b. AWS CAPEX and OPEX. c. Application readiness for cloud migration. d. Cloud-native and cloud recommendations. Mobilize Phase: a) Identify the 3 critical applications for migration b) Perform the pilot migration from PCF to EKS using the proven tools and accelerators. c) Test the application in EKS platform and compare the measurable results. d) Create the migration roadmap, timeline, and cost. Migrate and Modernize Phase: a) Create a POD team structure with the detailed execution planning. b) Execute the PCF migration in waves. c) Go-Live and closure plan for the existing PCF insfrastructure.
