AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: Railway Services, sold as units through a private pricing agreement. You do not select from fixed tiers here. Instead, you contact the sales team to set custom terms for your workload. Billing is based on the resources your applications actually use, measured by active compute, memory, and storage over time. This usage-based approach means your cost scales with what you consume rather than a fixed box size. To get pricing and unit terms for your deployment, reach out to the vendor's sales team.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Railway Services measure for billing?
A unit tracks the resources your applications actually consume. Railway meters active CPU and memory by the second, plus volume and object storage over time. You are not billed for a fixed box size. Your usage across compute, memory, and storage drives the metered total under your private pricing agreement.
Am I charged when a service is idle or scaled down?
Railway charges for active CPU and memory measured by the second. When a service uses fewer resources, the metered compute and memory charges drop accordingly. Storage you keep provisioned still accrues charges over time. This means your cost tracks actual consumption rather than a fixed allocation you reserve.
How do compute, memory, and storage charges combine on my bill?
Each metric bills independently and adds together. Active CPU and memory meter by the second while your services run. Volume storage and object storage meter by the amount kept over time. For continuously running apps, compute and memory usually drive most cost; storage-heavy workloads shift the balance toward storage charges.
