Overview
IBM Technology Expert Lab (TEL) deep, product technical consultants in support of IBM Apptio Cloudability SaaS, will onboard and enable clients on IBM Cloudabilty TotalCost US Federal application functionality.
Our practitioners will help configure Cloudability TotalCost for US Federal to sustain and advance activities aimed at maintaining, improving, and enhancing the use of the Cloud Service through automation, data configuration, and allocation changes.
Key Activities may include:
IBM Tasks Sustain The IBM Managed Services team will then perform tasks and activities aimed at maintaining Client’s existing Cloud Service, such as maintaining monthly data feeds to keep reports current, review performance metrics to help keep the model optimized and provide operational reporting. Examples of sustain activities are as follows:
- Data Management
- Manage and Run Monthly Reports
- Operational Reporting
Advance The IBM Managed Services team will review business objectives and processes while identifying improvements in a work plan specific to the Client’s needs. The IBM Managed Services team will then perform tasks and activities based on the mutually agreed upon work plan. This could include refining monthly data, automating data feeds, creating custom reports, or enhancing the financial model and allocations. The IBM Managed Services team will review the plan and progress on a weekly basis, or other mutually agreed upon timeframe, and will make any necessary adjustments based on feedback and evolving business needs. Examples of advance activities are as follows: ● Data Consulting ● Data Automation ● Data Configuration ● Allocation Changes ● Updating Existing Report Components ● Create New Reports ● Operational Governance
