It leverages the innovative Recube Elevator framework, honed through over a decade of experience in Amazon Web Services training and consultation. The service embodies our belief that the right skills are essential for innovation.
Dual Approach: Cloud Advisor and Cloud Enabler
We work closely with your teams, serving both as guides and facilitators. Our service offers two complementary approaches:
- Cloud Advisor: Combining coaching and instructional roles, we provide strategic consultancy and promote best design practices. We create personalized learning paths to bridge specific domain gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Cloud Enabler: Acting as tutors and integrated team members, we offer hands-on Cloud engineering support. Our goal is to enhance solution effectiveness and team efficiency, guiding the adoption of AWS services.
This dual role accelerates innovation, reduces failure risks, and effectively bridges skill gaps.
Operational Modes
Our service excels with small cross-functional teams. A Cloud Advisor typically works with teams of up to seven members, ensuring agile workflow, efficient communication, and close collaboration essential for Agile and DevOps approaches.
The service unfolds in three phases:
- Assessment: Understanding your organizational context, identifying needs and challenges, and setting a tailored learning path. Inception: Integrating Cloud Enablers into project teams to decide on joint activities and autonomous tasks.
- Learn & Build: Continuous team growth involving Cloud Advisors and Enablers. Advisors support in translating business requirements into technical architectures and oversee individual progress. Enablers actively assist in sprint objectives and adopt a practical, change-embracing approach.
- Align Phase: A medium to long-term journey aligning individual skills with organizational innovation needs, including certification preparation and further skill development.
Tiered Pricing Model
Our pricing is based on a tiered structure to meet varying client needs. Each tier includes a maximum number of monthly hours for Cloud Enabler service while the Cloud Advisor is alway availables. This flexible and scalable model adjusts according to monthly effort required, ensuring clients pay only for the professional services they consumed.
